The 3rd floor of The Jones Building has several ballrooms, one of which made a good studio space to work on this large commission project for "Year of Tibet" exhibits at the Denise Bibro Gallery in NYC.

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC celebrated Desmond Tutu's new book and birthday. Archbishop's reception was held in the St. Bonifac Gallery where Phil and Carole's work was on display.

Expedition

The 1988 Cultural Arts Expedition to Tibet and the Himalayas. We were guests of the Dalai Lama for two weeks in Dharamsala while on a six-month journey through Tibet and the Tibetan refugee communities in India and Nepal.
